Shipping policy

Everything we sell is made to order. Once you order, your item is made in 2 to 5 business days and then shipped. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Shipping rates

United States: $5.95 on orders under $50, $8.95 on orders from $50 to $99.99, free on orders of $100 or more
UK and EU: $9.95, free on orders of $150 or more
Canada: $12.95, free on orders of $150 or more
Australia and New Zealand: $14.95, free on orders of $150 or more
Everywhere else: $17.95

Estimated delivery after shipping

United States: 3 to 5 business days
Canada and Europe: 5 to 10 business days
Everywhere else: 10 to 20 business days

Orders with more than one item

Different pieces are made in different workshops, so one order can arrive in more than one package, on different days. Each package has its own tracking.

Customs and duties

International orders may be charged customs duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your local customs office, are not included in our prices, and are paid by the customer.

Where we can't ship

Because of shipping restrictions from our production partner, we can't currently ship to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Kosovo, the Palestinian Territories, Venezuela, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria or North Korea.

Address changes

Email info@hardlyhome.com within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change your address. After production starts, we may not be able to make changes.
