What does made to order mean?
Everything we sell is made to order. Nothing is made until you order it: your piece is printed or embroidered just for you, then shipped. Each product page says how that piece is made and how long it takes.
How long will my order take?
Making your piece usually takes 2 to 5 business days. After that, shipping in the US usually takes 3 to 5 business days, so most US orders arrive 6 to 9 business days after you order. International orders take longer. Each product page shows its own delivery estimate. You'll get a tracking link as soon as it ships.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Different pieces are made in different workshops. A jersey and a beanie might come from two places, so they can arrive on different days. Each package gets its own tracking link.
How do the pieces fit?
Every product page has a size chart. The Away Team jerseys have a loose, relaxed cut. The Hardly Home Hoodie is slightly narrower through the chest than most hoodies, so size up if you're between sizes. The cropped hoodie has dropped shoulders and a relaxed fit. The beanie is one size. The wall map is 24 x 36 inches, unframed.
Is shipping free?
US orders of $100 or more ship free. Orders to the UK, EU, Canada, Australia and New Zealand ship free at $150 or more. Everything else shows its shipping cost at checkout.
Can I return or exchange something?
If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace it at no cost. Each piece is made just for you, so we can't take returns for size or a change of mind. Please check the size chart before you order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Your country may charge customs duties or taxes on arrival. Those are set by your local customs office and aren't included in our prices.
What do the numbers mean?
13 is the year Hardly Home started. 44 is for the arctic tern, which flies an average of 44,000 miles a year. 00 is how many days we spend at home.
How long will the Away Team Collection be available?
The Away Team Collection is our Fall 2026 collection. It stays in the shop until the spring drop arrives, then it retires for good. Priority Access members hear about every new drop first.
